Alternative Program
This is a program for academically capable students who have not met with success in a regular high school learning environment.  The Alternative Program will give students individualized instruction in core subjects in order to help them achieve the requirements for graduation.  Students will be provided with academic and personal support, in order to assist them in achieving their goals.  The program consists of a core group of students who will work on specific academic courses in a small group setting with one-to-one assistance from the teachers.

16 Plus
This is a two year program that incorporates practical work experience and school instruction.  Students continue to receive instruction in a variety of subjects that include English, French as a second language, math, computer skills and physical education.  Students will also develop portfolios that will assist them in their employment search upon completion of the program.  Each year of 16 plus, students will complete three 6-week work experience placements in order to facilitate the transition into adulthood and the world of work.  Students who successfully complete the program will receive Work Attestation Certificates and a Ministry of Education Certificate.
