Symmes Junior High School and D'Arcy McGee High School foster a climate in which the need for understanding, acceptance, security, and dignity is fulfilled. A positive attitude towards oneself and others is stressed. We expect students to act in a manner that demonstrates their sense of responsibility and their commitment to the Symmes-D'Arcy learning community.

Symmes Junior High School and D'Arcy McGee High School endeavor to assist each student in the development of his or her full potential: emotional, physical, academic, intellectual, social, and spiritual. Academic excellence, a strong extra-curricular program, community involvement, and life affirming values are a cherished part of our heritage and our future. Leadership is nourished to enable our students to become contributing citizens in the pursuit of lifelong learning. Throughout their years at Symmes and D’Arcy, students will develop the skills and maturity to meet new challenges, to make lasting friendships and to develop an enduring respect for the rights of others.
